Joe's Market in Palo has been a client since 2021. Customers order online for pickup, from breakfast through dinner, and the order prints on the kitchen printer the moment it is placed.
The menu includes build-your-own pizzas and calzones, and online ordering closes on its own ahead of the kitchen. A touch-screen kitchen display shows orders as they arrive, and customers can check their order's status from a link instead of calling.
Orders paid at pickup are marked paid when they are picked up, so kitchen staff never have to act as cashiers. The site also takes job applications, which the owner reviews privately in the admin.
We monitor the site around the clock, and we confirm the printer is actually printing, because an order that never prints is an order the kitchen never makes.
