Choose a plan, pick your domain, and pay by card. Your hosting account is set up straight away, and your invoices, saved card and website requests all live in one client portal.
The domain, the ID protection, and the certificate are part of the plan rather than add-ons that reappear at renewal. If you already own a domain elsewhere we'll move it, and it comes under the same plan.
Hosting includes help with hosting problems: email not arriving, the site being down, a security warning. Website updates go through the client portal: send a request, watch it go out. They're billed by the hour, or included without limit in our yearly management package. Help with computers, phones and office networks is IT work, quoted separately.
