Online ordering that prints straight to your counter.
Joe's Market in Palo takes online orders that print at the counter the moment they arrive. Turkey Creek Outdoors runs a custom storefront with Square. We built both.
Joe's Market, Palo: pickup orders since 2021
Customers order pizza, calzones and breakfast online, with a build-your-own pizza and a separate build-your-own calzone. Each order prints on the kitchen printer the moment it comes in and shows on a touch-screen kitchen display, so nobody retypes an order.
Customers can pay online or at pickup, and pay-at-pickup orders mark themselves paid when they're picked up, because kitchen staff shouldn't have to be cashiers. Online ordering shuts off on its own before the kitchen closes. The owner gets an email for every order and one sales report every Monday morning.
Turkey Creek Outdoors, St. Johns: a store that fits how they sell
Turkey Creek sells Amish-built sheds, chicken coops and hunting blinds, plus stump grinding. WooCommerce kept getting in the way, so we replaced it with a custom storefront: Square payments, product photos sized to load fast on a phone, and delivery quoted by phone, because that's how they price it. It scores 93 on Google's mobile speed test and 99 on desktop, on ordinary shared hosting.
What this means for your shop
An ordering plugin makes you work its way. We start with how your counter already runs: who takes the order, where it prints, when it's paid, what time you stop taking them. Then we build that. You own the system, there's no fee per order, and card payments carry only the processor's usual fee.
Questions shop owners ask
What printer do we need? Joe's uses a Star receipt printer. We'll tell you exactly what to buy before you spend anything, and set it up.
What if the printer or internet goes down? Orders still show on the screen and in email, and we can see and fix most problems remotely.

What our clients say.
“My website helps me keep track of students, paperwork, contact information, budgeting and even marketing. It is fast, intuitive and the customers like it!”

“I ordered a Solar Consultation from Patrick and was blown away with how thorough it was. He used information I provided on my usage to give me a plan for whole home solar power. The cost is very reasonable, and I like that the plan not only includes the "what I need" but the "why I need it". Thanks PJM, you are highly recommended by me.”
