Bushnell Township

Bushnell Township in Montcalm County has been a client since 2023. In 2026 we rebuilt the township website from WordPress onto our own platform, so posting a notice, minutes or a meeting is quick, and the clerk always knows where an update stands.

The clerk sends updates through the PJM client portal, from a computer or a phone, or simply by email with the document attached. Each update is tracked from received to published, she is told when it is live with a link to the page, and dated notices can be given a take-down date so they come down after the event.

For residents, meeting dates, minutes, ordinances and public notices are easy to find and search. Residents can create an account to get email alerts for new notices and reminders before meetings, request a landfill voucher online, and look up local businesses in the township directory.

Behind the scenes the site backs itself up every night, encrypted, to the township's own Google Drive, and reports its health to our monitoring. A failed backup or a stalled task is caught and fixed, usually before anyone at the township would notice.
